| INGREDIENTS |
- 640 gr milk, lukewarm
- 6 spoons flour
- 3 spoons butter
- 160 gr parmezan cheese, grated
- 3 eggs, beaten

| METHOD |
Heat butter and add the flour. Mix and heat flour until brown. Add milk and stir until mixture thickens. When it thickens, let
it cool. Mix the cheese and the eggs with the milk. If the mixture is not thick enough add more cheese. Shape the mixture
into triangles and bake in moderate oven until golden. |
