| INGREDIENTS |
- 1 1/2 kg cod
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tin beer
- Oil for frying

| METHOD |
Clean the cod with plenty of water to remove its salty taste. Remove the bones and separate the cod in pieces, using your
hands. Prepare a batter by mixing the flour with the beer. The batter should be thick as honey. Mix the cod pieces with
the batter and stir with a spoon. Place the mixture in the refridgerator for 2 hours. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry
the mixture spoon by spoon until the croquetes take a rose colour. Remove from oil, strain using an absorbing sheet of
paper and serve. |
