INGREDIENTS
  • 4 eggs
  • Juice of one orange
  • Flour (as much as it takes for making a soft dough)
  • olive oil for frying
  • Sugar Syrup or honey
METHOD
Beat eggs, mix with the rest of the ingredients and knead to make a soft dough. Roll out small size filo sheets and fry in low heat. Then baste with syrup or honey. Serve warm.

To make the syrup you need water and sugar. Sugar should be 2,5 times the portion of water (1 glass of water for 2,5 glasses of syrup). Then you need to heat water and mix with sugar until syrup thickens.
